I just had my annual service completed on my tankless water heater. The technician was Brandon, he called ahead to confirm when he would arrive and was very personable, thorough as well as completing the job quickly. I would request Brandon again in future. I just had a new Tankless Water Heater installed by Mike D and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and worked till job was completed, explained the system and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end. Mike is very personable and very happy with his work.

From start to finish we received excellent service. Harry Song was the representative that came to give us a quote for a hot water heater on March 4th, 2024. He was very professional, knowlegable and personable. He gave us our quote and said the service technicians would be out to install the tank the next afternoon. The technicians, Dustin and Tayvin, arrived the next morning (March 5th). They also were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were totally efficient and clean. When they were finished the whole area looked exactly like it did when they arrived except for the new hot water tank. We are extremely pleased with the service and staff at Rob's Abertan. We also had them install our new furnace a few years ago and had received the same efficient and friendly service. Brandon was out did a great job servicing the furnace! Very pleased with his personality.
